My high-level of motivation to succeed and excellent work ethic have helped me achieve a strong academic record at Champlain College. Through my few years of college I have learned that you get the successes you earn and I work harder than anyone to be successful. Through the management classes I have attended at Champlain College I have learn how to manage at every level in a business. In my Financial Management class at Champlain College I have gained knowledge of the concepts and techniques necessary to analyze and implement optimal investment decisions. In my Competitive Intelligence and Business Research classes I have learned how to frame competitive intelligence questions, gather the requisite information from domestic and international data sources, and analyze and report on the information for relevant actions by strategic decision makers in the organization. My internship last summer brought everything that I had learned so far together and showed me how to take the skills I have learned and apply them in the work place. Through the jobs and leadership position I have been given I have developed a strong sense of responsibility, strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with a team in high-pressure environments.
